I bring two decades of design experience, with the last 10 years focused on leading organizations managing complex, multi-platform products. My expertise centers on scaling design operations across teams facing delivery pressures, organizational constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.

Clarity before speed

Design cannot scale without clear ownership and decision rights. The approach prioritizes defining ownership, decision processes, and design–Product–Engineering interfaces to reduce escalation and rework cycles.

Predictable delivery over heroic execution

In demanding environments, reliability supersedes brilliance. Operating models teams can depend on under pressure — through clear sequencing, realistic commitments, and explicit trade-offs — matter more than one-time heroics.

Design systems as organizational infrastructure

Design systems function as governance mechanisms rather than component libraries. Their value is measured through adoption, contribution rules, and workflow alignment across platforms — not the number of components shipped.

Stabilize before evolving

Transformation succeeds when teams can absorb change. Stabilizing existing processes, roles, and delivery cadences before pursuing improvements or expansion is the foundation for lasting progress.
